This is a vegan yummy frozen meal which can be heated directly from frozen. These meals and soups are high in nutrition, extremely tasty, and contain essential vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients for optimum health. The team are trained in food as medicine with naturopaths and ayurvedic doctors. Amazing meals to make you feel fantastic. Each bag is 400g (the soups are 500g) and can be shared to make a fantastic meal for 2 people if adding rice, quinoa or flatbread.
