1. Organisation of the Contest

The company Too Good To Go New Zealand Limited (hereinafter " TGTG ") whose registered office is located at c/o Tompkins Wake Lawyers, Level 17, 88 Shortland Street, Auckland Central, Auckland 1010, is, in collaboration with artist Bonnie Wong under the brand Bobo Doodles (hereinafter “Bobo Doodles”) whose website is located at https://www.bobodoodles.com, organizing a free contest with no obligation to purchase entitled in the Contest Rules Details page.

This free contest (hereinafter the "Contest"), with no obligation to purchase, takes place exclusively on the Instagram accounts of TGTG and Bobo Doodles on the dates specified in the Contest Rules Details Page. Entries received outside of these dates will not be entered into the Contest.

Registering for the Contest implies unreserved acceptance of and compliance with the provisions of these rules, which can be accessed at any time during the Contest with the link specified in the Contest Rules Details Page.

TGTG and Bobo Doodles reserve the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend the Contest or these rules at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

This Contest is not organised or sponsored by Facebook, Meta, Instagram, Google, Apple or Microsoft, which shall not be held responsible in any way for any dispute related to the Contest. By entering, each participant completely releases Meta and Instagram from any and all liability and acknowledges that this Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta or Instagram.

For any questions, information or complaints, the participant shall contact TGTG or Bobo Doodles at the email address specified in the Contest Rules Details Page.

1. Conditions of participation

This free Contest is open to any individual over the age of 18, with internet access and an Instagram account and residing in New Zealand, except for TGTG and Bobo Doodles employees and their households, as well as any person who participated in the development of the Contest. It is strictly forbidden for a participant to participate from an account opened for the benefit of another person. Only one account may be used per individual participant.

Any person meeting the conditions for participation below who wishes to participate in the Contest shall follow the process defined in the Contest Rules Details Page. Only Participants who have complied with all the process defined in the Contest Rules Details Page will be considered as participants.

1. Prizes

The prizes are available as part of the Contest and specified in the Contest Rules Details Page. Eventual photographs or graphic representations presenting the prizes are provided for illustration purposes only and may under no circumstances be considered as being contractual.

The draw(s) will be made among the people who have commented on the posts. Each winner will therefore receive the prizes specified in the Contest Rules Details Page.

1. Designation of winners

The winners will be determined by random draw done using the following website (https://commentpicker.com/ on the date specified in the Contest Rules Details Page.

The winners will be contacted by private message on Instagram on 24th August 2026 following the draw, confirming the nature of the prize won and how to receive it. Any winner who does not respond within 8 days from the date of notification of his/her/their prize shall be deemed to have forfeited it and the prize shall be lost or awarded to a new winner.

If they are declared winners, it is expressly agreed that participants in the Contest authorise TGTG and Bobo Doodles to use their Instagram name, for advertising purposes on TGTG and Bobo Doodles’s Instagram accounts, without restriction or reservation, and without this conferring them any remuneration, right or benefit whatsoever other than the award of their prize.

TGTG and Bobo Doodles reserve the right to verify the age of any winner before awarding the prize. Prizes may not be exchanged for their cash value or for any other prize. TGTG and/or Bobo Doodles cannot be held liable for the use or non-use, or even trading, of the prizes by the winners. In the event of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of TGTG and Bobo Doodles, TGTG and Bobo Doodles reserve the right to replace the prize won by a prize of equivalent nature and value.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

Participant acknowledges that TGTG and/or Bobo Doodles is/are the sole and exclusive owner(s) of any and all rights, including intellectual property rights, regarding this Contest, its content and TGTG and Bobo Doodles’s trademarks. Nothing in this Contest shall grant any right, title or interest in or to TGTG or Bobo Doodles’s contents and trademarks to any Participant.

TGTG and Bobo Doodles reserve the right to exploit the results of the Contest and to disseminate the eventual photographs, drawings, recipes or any other work of the Participants on its various existing and future communication media (website, social networks) for promotional, public relations or other purposes without remuneration other than the prizes won.

Participant grants TGTG and Bobo Doodles a worldwide, irrevocable, unrestricted, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable right and licence to exploit any content provided in the course of the Contest in any media now or hereafter known, without any payment or other consideration of any kind, or permission or notification, to him/her or any third party, for any purpose, including, without limitation the right to reproduce, display, distribute, publicly perform, create derivative works of, alter, amend, broadcast, edit, publish, use, merchandise, licence, sublicense, and adapt the content in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the world, for any purpose, whether commercial in nature or otherwise. Participants guarantee that they have the legal power to grant the above licence and that any content provided by them in the course of the Contest is free from third-party rights.

1. Liability

Nothing in these rules shall limit or exclude TGTG’s liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by TGTG’s negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and (iii) any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for TGTG to exclude or restrict its liability.

TGTG’s liability is strictly limited to the delivery of the prizes actually and validly won. TGTG shall not be held responsible:

• for any incident or accident that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize awarded and/or due to its improper use by each winner.
• for any problems of delivery or loss of postal or electronic mail (in particular with regard to the delivery of prizes). Any prizes sent by TGTG to a winner that is unclaimed or returned for any other reason by the postal services will be lost to the winner and will remain the property of TGTG.
• for any direct or indirect, material or moral damage whatsoever if the Contest is cancelled, temporarily or permanently unavailable, does not take place according to the announced rules or, in general, if participation in the Contest proves temporarily or permanently impossible.
• for any damage caused to a participant, his/her/their computer equipment and/or the data stored on it, as well as for any direct or indirect consequences that may result from this on his/her/their personal or professional activity. Therefore, each participant is responsible for the security systems that he/she/they puts in place on his/her/their computer equipment, and TGTG cannot be held responsible for contamination by possible viruses or for the intrusion of a third party into the computer system of any participant in the Contest.
• in the event of communication network failures, malfunction of the reception equipment, or network congestion preventing the smooth running of the Contest or causing, directly or indirectly, a loss of chance in participating in the Contest.

The above limitations of liability shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

TGTG may cancel all or part of the Contest if it appears that fraud has been organised, in any form whatsoever and in particular in a computerised manner and has occurred during the course of the Contest or in the context of determining the winners. In this case, TGTG reserves the right not to award the prizes to the fraudsters and/or to prosecute them before the competent courts.

1. Data protection

The personal data collected by TGTG and Bobo Doodles in the course of this Contest concerning the Participants directly are necessary to enable their participation to be taken into account, the determination and announcement of the winners, the proper execution of the prize draw, and the allocation of the prizes, failing which the participant's participation will not be taken into account. TGTG and Bobo Doodles each act as independent controllers of the personal data collected. This information may be transmitted by TGTG and Bobo Doodles to each other respectively and to a service provider for the draw of the winners and the delivery of prizes. In accordance with the provisions of the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 relating to data protection, participants in the Contest have a right of access, rectification and opposition on personal data concerning them. 1. Law & Venue

Any possible dispute on the interpretation of the rules shall be decided by TGTG and shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand. Legal proceedings in respect of these terms and conditions shall be brought before the competent Auckland, New Zealand Courts.
