Rescue a Surprise Bag filled with pasta bits left over from our famous ravioli! To find us, head towards Hidden Cafe from Addison St, we’re 1 door before Hidden Cafe. Our surprise bags are 2.5# of pasta scraps created from making our handmade ravioli. One bag can feed 10-12 people. The product needs to be kept refrigerated or frozen until cooking and serving. To prepare, tear pieces of scrap into pieces good for eating. Separate them so they are not all stuck together. Bring a pot of water to a boil big enough so that there is plenty of water for the quantity of pasta being cooked. DO NOT ADD SALT TO THE WATER! Drop pasta into water and let cook for 1.5-2 minutes from the time you put it into the water. Drain and toss with olive oil. Serve as is or enjoy with your favorite sauce! If not using all at once, prepare portions of desired size and freeze. Defrost before cooking.
