What you could get

This Surprise Bag may include rounds of our signature Manchester Cheese. Sometimes, the Mucor culture we use in the cheese making process for sometimes grows to create dark spots instead of pure white. This is perfectly edible, but doesn’t meet our visual standards. You may also find parmesan cheese rinds (perfect for soup!), cheese ends, and/or more! Preference, variety and dietary accommodation cannot be guaranteed.
