Our Surprise Bags include a mix of our fresh low-carb breads and, sometimes, a few sweet treats. You might find: - Frankie: New York-style sourdough (sliced, unsliced, boule, or batard) - Elodie: Parisian-style sliced white sourdough sandwich bread - Wilbur: Multigrain bread (plain or with everything/sesame topping) - Sweet Treats: Occasionally, muffins or banana bread While all of our surprise bay items are the same quality as those we sell in our store and online, some might look a little funky or have been baked a few days before. They're still fresh, but we recommend freezing sliced loaves to keep them at their best. PICK UP: Bags will be ready for pickup in-store, each one with different options & labeled with its contents so you can choose the one that suits you best.
