You will receive a bag of some combination of microgreens and/or sprouted beans; approximately 3 bags of 1-4oz each. Microgreens are the earliest stage of a vegetable plant’s development, after the sprouting stage. They are up to 40x more nutrient-dense than mature greens like broccoli. Sprouted beans are high in Vitamins B, C, and K, folic acid, and fiber. We use a diluted sea salt solution that contains a full spectrum of trace minerals when sprouting our legumes. Sprouted beans can be used raw in salads, as a garnish, for a snack, or cooked like dried beans.
