Mechanics

On 8 May 2026 and 11 May 2026, between 12pm - 2pm (3 hour promotion period), 5 vouchers per hour (15 per day) will be made available on the hour to users who have the TGTG app open at that moment. Vouchers are awarded on a first-come-first-served basis: the first 10 eligible users to open the app at that time will receive it.

The link to the voucher will be provided via an in-app message (full-page pop-up). By clicking on the button, the voucher is made available in the user's account and only needs to be added by the user by clicking on "Add." The selection of times is algorithmic and without human intervention. Users have no way of predicting or influencing the time of availability. No further participation or additional conditions are required beyond having the app open at the relevant time. .

There is no guaranteed entitlement to a voucher. The number of vouchers available is limited, and distribution ends as soon as the daily quota has been exhausted.

If technical or network issues cause the app to crash or prevent vouchers from being displayed or claimed, the affected voucher distribution may be cancelled, postponed, or rerun. TGTG cannot accept responsibility for unsuccessful claims resulting from such issues.

Organisation of the Voucher giveaway

The company Too Good To Go Ltd. (hereinafter "TGTG") whose registered office is located at 74 Rivington Street EC2A 3AY London, England, is organizing the voucher giveaway described in the Voucher giveaway Rules Details page.

Registering for the Voucher giveaway implies unreserved acceptance of and compliance with the provisions of these rules, which can be accessed at any time during the Voucher giveaway with the link specified in the Voucher giveaway Rules Details Page.

TGTG reserves the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend the Voucher giveaway or these rules at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

This Voucher giveaway is not organized or sponsored by Facebook, Instagram, Google, Apple or Microsoft, which shall not be held responsible in any way for any dispute related to the Voucher giveaway.

Conditions of participation

This Voucher giveaway is open to any Resident of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland over the age of 18 and meets the conditions of participation on the Rules page may participate in this voucher distribution, except for TGTG employees and their families, as well as any person who participated in the development of the Voucher giveaway. It is strictly forbidden for a participant to participate from an account opened for the benefit of another person. Only one account may be used per individual participant.

Participation in this Voucher giveaway is free and requires no entry fees. No additional amount shall be charged upon registration nor any changes in quality or quantity of the eligible meals shall be implemented. All meals which are eligible for participation in the Voucher giveaway must be purchased through the regular procedure on the TGTG app and for its standard price, to which TGTGs Terms and Conditions apply. The applicable general conditions of purchase for the TGTG app can be found in the TGTG Terms of Service at: https://www.toogoodtogo.com/terms-and-conditions-using-the-app.

Any person meeting the conditions for participation above who wishes to participate in the Voucher giveaway shall follow the process defined in the Voucher giveaway Rules Details Page. Only Participants who have complied with all the processes defined in the Voucher giveaway Rules Details Page will be considered as participants.

1. Vouchers and winners

The vouchers are available as part of the voucher giveaway and are specified on the voucher giveaway details page. Any photos or graphic representations presenting the vouchers are provided for illustrative purposes only and cannot under any circumstances be considered contractual.

During the promotion period, 5 vouchers per hour will be made available for a period of 3 hours via in-app message in the Too Good To Go app. The promotion will run for a total of 2 days. The vouchers will be deposited in the app at random times within each hour. The selection of times is algorithmic and without human intervention. Users have no way of predicting or influencing the time of availability. The vouchers are allocated according to the priority principle. The first 5 participants to open the app will receive it. The voucher is applied to the user’s account automatically. No further action or additional conditions are required.

There is no guaranteed entitlement to a voucher. The number of vouchers available is limited, and distribution ends once the daily quota has been exhausted.

All vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period specified on the details page. The vouchers can be redeemed for surprise bags and packages. After the expiry date of the vouchers, no refunds or monetary compensation will be granted for unused vouchers.

The vouchers are each worth £1.00 and can only be redeemed for Surprise Bags in Stores or on Parcels available on the TGTG Marketplace in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland for the purchase of surprise bags and parcels. Each voucher can only be redeemed once by one person. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, returned for a refund, transferred to a new voucher, or replaced after expiration. Unused values will not be refunded or credited to transactions after the expiration date. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

TGTG reserves the right to verify the age of the winner(s) before awarding the voucher. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for their cash value or for any other prize. TGTG cannot be held liable for the use or non-use or even trading of vouchers by the winners. TGTG reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the conditions of participation or attempt to influence the awarding of vouchers through technical manipulation or automated entries. TGTG reserves the right to request proof from participants that they have fulfilled the conditions of participation. If the respective participant fails to provide such proof, TGTG may exclude them from the voucher award. In the event of exclusion from the voucher award, prizes may also be revoked and reclaimed retrospectively.

Winners are responsible for checking any taxes or duties incurred in connection with the voucher received and, if necessary, paying them to the relevant authorities. TGTG accepts no liability for this.

Intellectual Property Rights

Participant acknowledges that TGTG is the sole and exclusive owner of any and all rights, including intellectual property rights, regarding this Voucher giveaway, its content and TGTG’s trademarks. Nothing in this Voucher giveaway shall grant any right, title or interest in or to TGTG’s contents and trademarks to any Participant.

Liability

Nothing in these rules shall limit or exclude TGTG’s liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by TGTG’s negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and (iii) any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for TGTG to exclude or restrict its liability.

TGTG’s liability is strictly limited to the delivery of the prizes actually and validly won. TGTG shall not be held responsible:

• for any incident or accident that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize awarded and/or due to its improper use by each winner.
• for any problems of delivery or loss of postal or electronic mail (in particular with regard to the delivery of prizes). Any prizes sent by TGTG to a winner that is unclaimed or returned for any other reason by the postal services will be lost to the winner and will remain the property of TGTG.
• for any direct or indirect, material or moral damage whatsoever if the Voucher giveaway is cancelled, temporarily or permanently unavailable, does not take place according to the announced rules or, in general, if participation in the Voucher giveaway proves temporarily or permanently impossible.
• for any damage caused to a participant, his/her computer equipment and/or the data stored on it, as well as for any direct or indirect consequences that may result from this on his/her personal or professional activity. Therefore, each participant is responsible for the security systems that he/she puts in place on his/her computer equipment, and TGTG cannot be held responsible for contamination by possible viruses or for the intrusion of a third party into the computer system of any participant in the Voucher giveaway.
• in the event of communication network failures, malfunction of the reception equipment, or network congestion preventing the smooth running of the Voucher giveaway or causing, directly or indirectly, a loss of chance in participating in the Voucher giveaway.

The above limitations of liability shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

TGTG may cancel all or part of the Voucher giveaway if it appears that fraud has been organized, in any form whatsoever and in particular in a computerized manner and has occurred during the course of the Voucher giveaway or in the context of determining the winners. In this case, TGTG reserves the right not to award the prizes to the fraudsters and/or to prosecute them before the competent courts.

Data protection

The personal data collected by TGTG in the course of this Voucher giveaway concerning the Participants directly are necessary to enable their participation to be taken into account, the determination and announcement of the winners, the proper execution of the voucher giveaway, and the allocation of the prizes, failing which the participant's participation will not be taken into account. In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 2016/679/EU of 27 April 2016 relating to data protection, participants in the Voucher giveaway have a right of access, rectification and opposition on personal data concerning them. Law & Venue

Any possible dispute on the interpretation of the rules shall be decided by TGTG and shall be governed by the law of England and Wales. Legal proceedings in respect of these terms and conditions shall be brought before the competent Courts of England and Wales.
