Bibble & Sip is known for its high-quality, handmade pastries, but like many bakeries, it faced a familiar issue: perfectly good food going to waste at the end of the day. Find out how they partnered with Too Good To Go to reduce their bakery food waste, recover value, and win new customers.

THE CHALLENGE

Bibble & Sip is a single-location bakery and café in New York City, known for its unique treats blending Chinese-American & Asian flavor profiles with French techniques. They faced a problem familiar to any food business: perfectly good food going to waste at the end of the day.

THE SOLUTION

Bibble & Sip chose to partner with Too Good To Go to solve their food waste problem because the mission matched their own: reducing food waste in a way that’s both purposeful and practical. Too Good To Go was a no-brainer because of it's seamless fit with their daily operations, a customer base that cares about saving food and supporting local businesses, and Surprise Bags that made food waste reduction fun!
