Each promotion begins and ends at the specified times listed below, or when all promotional giveaway items have been claimed, whichever occurs first.

Only one (1) promotional giveaway item is available at each participating store location during its applicable promotion period, awarded on a first-come, first-served basis:
ELIGIBILITY / HOW IT WORKS
Eligibility is determined on a first-come, first-served basis based on qualifying Surprise Bag reservations successfully completed through the Too Good To Go app during the promotion period. Eligible users will be notified within 24-hours after completing a qualifying reservation. Eligibility notifications are sent to administer and fulfill the promotional giveaway associated with a qualifying reservation and may be sent regardless of general marketing email preferences or opt-out status, for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the promotion. Eligible users will receive a direct email notification from Too Good To Go’s US PR team containing redemption instructions and a unique redemption code. Giveaway item must be redeemed during the applicable pickup window by presenting a valid unique redemption code.
REDEMPTION
Qualifying users will receive a unique, single-use redemption code via email from Too Good To Go containing redemption instructions and a unique redemption code. Promotional giveaway items must be redeemed during the applicable Surprise Bag pickup window at the participating store. Users must present a valid redemption code at pickup to redeem the giveaway item. Redemption codes: are single-use; expire after redemption or the applicable pickup window; are non-transferable; and have no cash value. If an eligible user does not redeem the associated Surprise Bag before the pickup window expires, the giveaway item may be offered to the next qualifying reservation. Standard reservation purchase terms and cancellation policies apply.

Too Good To Go reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion in cases of fraud, technical issues, inventory shortages, abuse, operational error, or other unforeseen circumstances. Void where prohibited.
